Melissa Siegel is Head of Migration Studies and Head of the Migration and Development research section at UNU-MERIT & Maastricht University where she manages several migration research projects and educational programmes.
Prof. Siegel has led numerous research projects related to migration and development for a variety of government and UN agencies, universities and non-governmental organisations.
Prof. Siegel has published on numerous topics related to migration, including academic journal articles and book chapters, as well as reports, policy briefs, and blogs for a wider audience.
